Done Deal: Just In, The Miami Dolphins Confirm The Signing Of Another Top Experienced $5 million Player

Dolphins acquire pass rusher Emmanuel Ogbah to a one-year contract. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported that the deal is worth up to $5 million and lasts for one year.

The 30-year-old pass rusher, who formerly played for Cleveland and Kansas City, has been in Miami for the last four years. Despite going unnoticed during his first two years with the Dolphins, Ogbah was a solid player who was constantly involved.

In those two seasons, he produced eighteen sacks. After nine games, a triceps injury put a stop to his 2022 campaign. Once he recovered from the injury, he played a rotating role in 2023.

In an effort to save money, the Dolphins cut Ogbah in February

He’s back now to provide Miami a much-needed pass rush.
With first-round pick Chop Robinson beginning his rookie season and linebackers Bradley Chubb, Jaelan Phillips, and Cameron Goode all starting on the physically unable to perform list, the Fins have some serious problems going into training camp.

In Ogbah, having a seasoned presence offers a reliable asset with potential while they wait for others to recover.
