JUST IN: The New Orleans Saints head Coach Confirm another Signing of an Interior Offensive Lineman…….

The offensive line of the New Orleans Saints has historically been a strength, but for the last three seasons, it has declined, finishing 18th in 2021, 29th in 2022, and 23rd in 2023.

The Saints’ offensive line has struggled because they have failed to find a replacement for left tackle Terron Armstead. They drafted Trevor Penning in the 1st round of 2022, but he hasn’t panned out. Penning missed all but one game in 2022 because of turf toe and struggled in 2023, causing him to get benched after starting the first five games. Because he struggled, Andrus Peat would start at left tackle, and James Hurst started at left guard.

The left guard position has not fared well this offseason when Eat signed a free agent contract with the Raiders and Hurst retired, leaving the position in desperate need of an upgrade.

Thank goodness, the Saints secured a contract with an offensive lineman in the interior.
